I understand that while reasonable care and skill will be exercised in rendering these services, certain risks may exist, including but not limited to damage to fabric, materials, equipment, or unanticipated outcomes in the finished product.
I voluntarily assume all risks associated with engaging Nest & Needle Quilting to perform services on my behalf, including risks of damage to personal property or dissatisfaction with results.
In consideration for receiving quilting and related services, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Nest & Needle Quilting, its owners, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including but not limited to damage to fabric, equipment, or other property, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
I acknowledge that no guarantees or warranties, express or implied, are made regarding the outcome of the services rendered, other than those required by law.
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nest & Needle Quilting from any claims brought by third parties arising from materials, fabrics, or designs supplied by me.
I grant permission to Nest & Needle Quilting to photograph or video record the services provided and/or finished work for documentation, portfolio, instructional, or marketing purposes. Such images may be used in print, digital, and social media formats without compensation to me.
If any portion of this agreement is held invalid, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.
